Marshmallow "Charmel Yoghurt" is an exquisite light dessert from the famous Moscow confectionary factory "Udarnitsa". It is made on the basis of the original recipe of 1929 from whipped apple puree with the addition of sugar and eggwhites. Structure of the product is airy and gentle; each piece literally melts in the mouth.
