Cruchon is a lemonade with French origin. There are a lot of versions of its appearance: someone claims that to the purest sparkling water they just added the juice of red grapes, and someone is sure that it was fresh fruit with sugar. In Russia, a fragrant fruit drink appeared only after the war of 1812. Its recipe was brought by one of the officers and eventually adapted to Russian food and cuisine. Now it is made from artesian water, grape juice, citrus infusion and natural grape skin extract. Thanks to its natural composition and invigorating grape and orange taste, Cruchon is not only a perfect thirst quenching drink, but also has antioxidant properties.
